What does each row in the roster show?
Each row gives the provider's ARCP level and licensed capacity from LDH's location directory, and its license number, first licensure date and expiration date from the Licensed Providers Report; providers licensed for 17 or more residents have their own page.
Louisiana does not publish ARCP inspection reports or dementia program disclosures in bulk, so neither appears here. Each ARCP must post its latest statement of deficiencies on site; ask for it on a tour. Capacity is shown as a dash where LDH's directory entry omits it.
